Lammys 2019: Lambda Literary Awards Nominations

On Thursday (March 7), them. helped unveil the finalists for the 31st Annual Lambda Literary Awards, which honors the best books relevant to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) lives published in 2018.

This year, more than 300 publishers entered a myriad of titles to compete at the 2019 Lambda Literary Awards, which were then narrowed by a panel of over 60 literary professionals. For the first time ever, the awards’ 31st ceremony will introduce a new category for Bisexual Poetry.

Finalists will be celebrated and winners will be announced at the annual awards ceremony and gala, hosted by Mx Justin Vivian Bond on Monday, June 3, 2019, in New York City.
